The dispersion of carbon particles, which are conductive auxiliary agents, into the optimal concentration enables the formation of an efficient conductive path between a battery’s anode and cathode, thereby improving electrode performance, such as output.
In addition, ONESHOT WANISU’s advanced design enables it to uniformly disperse carbon nanoparticles, thus minimizing disparities between production lots and in electrode coating films. This results in the production of highly stable and homogeneous electrode coating films.
Feature 2: Significant Reduction in Slurry Dispersing and Processing Time
ONESHOT WANISU™ is a carbon dispersion in which a polyvinylidene flouride (PVdF) binder has been uniformly dissolved. As a result of this, battery manufacturers do not need to purchase a PVdF varnish or dissolve PVdF for electrode processing. In addition, since the dispersion or processing of carbon nanoparticles is no longer necessary, a slurry composition can be formed by simply mixing the ONESHOT WANISU™ dispersion with the active materials, resulting in significantly reduced production time.
Feature 3: Highly Concentrated Slurry Composition
A concentrated slurry composition is achieved through the uniform dispersion of carbon that enables the formation of a low-viscosity slurry. This contributes to a significant decrease in N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvent use and reduced electrode production and curing times.

The uniform dispersion of carbon also contributes to enhancing electrode peel strength by inhibiting varying homogeneity of PVdF distribution in electrode coating films.
